Lots to talk about, lots to see, lots to .. take in. One being the sexy one and only Beyonce who has confirmed all speculations over her being pregnant. She made a stunning appearance on the red carpet in Los Angeles, announing to photographers - " I have a little suprise for you." - mm. Juicy. After perfoming her wonderful single 'Love top', ( amazingly I might add...) She said, quote - " I want you all to feel the love that's growing inside of me". Then came a fabuolous follow up of Beyonce unbuttoning her jacket to reveal the bump! It is said that the other half, Jay Z could be heard cheering from the sidelines as the audience clapped and cheered for the happy couple. Nawwwww.
Something else lovely to see was the B-e-a-u-tifullll Russel Brand leading tribute alongside Jessie J for Amy Whinehouse. A piece of footage was unveiled to the viewers displaying Amy's final performance dueting with Tom Bennett singing 'Body and Soul'. At the end of the sentimental and moving ceremony, Bruno mars lit up the stage by singing Valerie. Amy would be very proud. I hope she has finally found a happier place where her troubles can FINALLY all be left behind and she is resting in peace. God bless her soul.
Okay. So, lets recapa few of the main awards announced.
Video of the year - Went to THE Katy Perry for 'Firework'.
Best Male Video - An award that Justin Beiber recieved for 'U smile'.
And Best Female Video - went to Lady Gaga with 'Born this way'.
All well deserved, don't you think?
BUT, this does lead onto my following thoughts and comments about Lady Gaga. Or should I say.. 'Joe Calderone'?? . . . Gaga has denied all accusations of being a hermaphrodite ever since she clambered out a swimming pool, dazzling us all with glitter and a lightning bolt on her face in her video 'Poker face'. Even though she doesn't seem it, she is CLEARLY very much iinto her masculine side. During the awards and evrey other day so it seems! She, (or he) erupted the stage as Joe and explained how Gaga was 'crazy' and how the 'spotlight follows her home, I want to get in it.' Also, something about how she wears heels in the shower?? Says it all really doesn't it?. It has also been noted that they both claim Italian heritage and Joe considers himself to be a 'simple guy from Sicily who works as a mechanic.' ... Righttttt. ? . He first came about after he appeared on the front cover of Japanese Vogue, where he claimed noone has ever taken his picture before? yet, he is spread all over vogue.. During this, people started to notice the resemblance between him and Gaga immediately. Joe has also mentioned how he has 'alledgedly' met Gaga through a Nick Knight shoot. He commented - " She is F**kin beautiful! and funny and very interesting! I was a little nervous for Nick to start shooting" and Gaga 'apparently' replied to that with " Don't be baby, 'You were born this way'. He was then said to have told people how he took Gaga out after, and everything from then onwards was private. With a wink. HUH?.Yeah, something has seriously been misplaced in her head. After all of this, you would think that was enough shock factor wouldn't you? clearly not. Gaga, attempted to recreate history at the VMA's. Joe presented Britney with the Michael Jackson Vanguard award - ( wow. what an honour! well done britney michael would be proud!) - by teasing the audience and causing intensity whilst going in for a snog with the singer, reminising the famous Britney and Madonna kiss back at the MTV awards in 2003, but on THIS occasion, the singer pulled away announcing " I've done that already, I'm a good ol' fashioned girl". Hmmm. Whatever you say darl
